Some of our Apps may store data locally on your device or sync it using Apple iCloud through CloudKit. Our audio content is streamed and may be temporarily cached on your device.

• Local Storage: Data entered into our Apps remains on your device.
• iCloud Syncing: If enabled, data is encrypted and synced via Apple's iCloud services, which are subject to Apple's privacy and security policies.
• Audio Content: Our podcasts and audio content are streamed through third-party podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.) and are subject to their respective privacy policies.
• Our Access: We do not have access to your iCloud data or podcast listening history.

4. Aggregate Data Provided by Apple

We may access aggregate and anonymous analytics data provided by Apple through services like App Store Connect. This data includes general trends and insights but does not contain any personal or identifiable information. Examples of such data include:

• Total app downloads
• General usage metrics (e.g., session length, active user count)
• Crash reports

Some of our Apps may also use Apple's MetricKit framework to collect diagnostic and performance data. MetricKit provides aggregate, anonymized metrics such as app launch times, hang rates, memory usage, and crash diagnostics. This data is collected and processed entirely by Apple and delivered to us in aggregate form — it does not contain any personally identifiable information.

This information helps us improve app performance and the user experience.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Apps do not include third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertisements. However, our website and services interact with the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics: Our website uses Google Analytics to track anonymous website usage patterns, as described in Section 2. Google's Privacy Policy applies to this data collection.
• Resend: Our website uses Resend to process contact form submissions and newsletter subscriptions. When you submit the contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and message are transmitted to Resend for delivery. Resend's Privacy Policy governs this data processing.
• Apple App Store Badges: Our website displays App Store badges hosted by Apple to link to our applications. These badges may load resources from Apple's servers (tools.applemediaservices.com).
• Podcast Platforms: Our audio content is distributed through third-party podcast platforms including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and iHeartRadio. When you access our podcasts through these platforms, their respective privacy policies apply to any listening data or analytics they collect.
• Apple iCloud: Some Apps use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services for data syncing across your devices. All data synced through iCloud is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Apple MetricKit: Some Apps may use Apple's MetricKit framework to collect aggregate, anonymized diagnostic and performance data. This data is collected and processed by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not control these third-party services and recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand how they handle your information.

6. Your Data Rights

As we do not collect or process personal information, we do not store or manage user data outside of your device or iCloud. If you wish to manage or delete your data:

• Use the App's settings to reset or clear data stored locally
• Manage your iCloud data through Apple ID settings on your device

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect or process any personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy
